2. Data we process

When you register as a partner company we process: name, email address, company name, VAT ID, business address, and phone number. When you use the portal we additionally process session data (login state, language preference) via cookies.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed to provide the partner portal (order exchange between taxi companies), for account administration, and for verification of your business registration. Legal basis is performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Storage period

Account data is stored for as long as your partner account is active, and afterwards only as long as required by statutory retention obligations.

5. Recipients

Other verified partner companies on the platform may see order-related data you actively share through the order exchange feature. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Cookies

We use a technically necessary session cookie for login and an optional cookie to remember your language selection. No third-party tracking cookies are set by this portal.
